These Terms of Service apply to the use of websites, landing pages, forms, demos, software environments and related services provided by Instant Productivity Solutions BV. By using our services, requesting a demo or submitting information through our digital channels, you agree to these terms where applicable.

Our services are intended for professional and business use, including manufacturing, workflow optimization, recruitment, sales, digital work instructions and related operational processes.

3. Services

Instant Productivity Solutions BV may provide information, demos, consultancy, software, AI-assisted workflows, digital work instructions, integrations, automation tooling and related services. The exact scope of services is determined by the relevant proposal, agreement, statement of work or project documentation.

4. AI-assisted Output

Where our services use AI-assisted analysis, generation or recommendation features, output should be reviewed by authorized personnel before operational use. AI-assisted output is intended to support decision-making and workflow efficiency, not to replace professional judgment, internal approval or quality control.

5. Human-in-the-loop Principle

For outreach, lead generation, recruitment and communication workflows, our position is that human review and approval should remain part of the process. We do not position our platform as a spam automation system or as a tool for violating platform policies.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, using the services lawfully, respecting third-party rights and ensuring that uploaded materials may be processed for the intended purpose.

• Do not upload unlawful, confidential or third-party content unless you have the right to do so
• Do not use the platform to scrape, spam or violate platform rules
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
• Ensure internal approval where required before using generated output externally

7. Intellectual Property

All platform concepts, designs, software, documentation, templates, workflows and materials provided by Instant Productivity Solutions BV remain the intellectual property of Instant Productivity Solutions BV or its licensors, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or the relevant rights holder. Processing of such materials is performed only for the agreed purpose.

8. Collaboration with TNO

Instant Productivity Solutions BV operates in the context of a joint venture and innovation collaboration with TNO. This supports our positioning around applied research, responsible innovation and practical deployment in industrial environments.

No rights, obligations or warranties on behalf of TNO are created by these Terms unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable and secure services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve or modify services, pages, features or documentation from time to time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Productivity Solutions BV is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, operational interruption or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect input, unauthorized access caused by user negligence or reliance on unreviewed AI-assisted output.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where required, additional data processing agreements may be concluded with clients.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
